Joseph J. Gagliardi and Bill Shank have over 20 years combined experience in the financial field. Joe and Bill's combined accounting and business experience gives them first hand knowledge of the needs of businesses, foundations, and families. They have developed a collaborative investment process in which they work with their clients to develop sound strategies regarding planning for their financial futures.

Joe is an Accredited Investment Fiduciary® and Bill is an Accredited Investment Fiduciary Analyst® as designated by the Center for Fiduciary Studies. They have earned these credentials to help them better service their retirement plan, endowment, and investment advisory clients. They regularly participate in continuing education to stay current with legislation and trends in the retirement plan market place. Bill and Joe are passionate about helping businesses manage their fiduciary responsibilities by evaluating a company's current retirement plan to assess fees, investment options, and current plan design, and investment processes that may or may not be in place. Upon identification of weaknesses, they assist the owners or their designees implement an action plan to address identified deficiencies in order to increase their compliance with ERISA. In addition to providing outstanding service to the institution, Joe and Bill are committed to providing superior education to your committee, board members, and employees in order to help them make informed decisions regarding investing on behalf of the endowment.

Our goal is to educate and work with the owner, so he or she can make informed fiduciary decisions without having to learn a second career. That way the owner can focus his or her attention on their core strength, namely running their business. We strive to instill confidence in the owner that he or she is exceeding requirements demanded by ERISA, and to energize both the owner and the employees with the knowledge that their plan is the best that it can be.
